West Country Rivers Trust worked with all partners to create a detailed plan of all activities for the pilot study ensuring that everyone is working towards the same objectives and agenda. It defines the detailed work breakdown structure and defines the methodology and activities associated with the initial baseline assessment, the implementation of the case study activity, and the subsequent evaluation.
The main deliverable from this activity is a plan for the pilot study incorporating both joint activities and individual case study plans.
